As a Sales Manager at Ocean Talent, you will:

Lead National Growth Strategically expand our client base across Australia by developing relationships with key public and private healthcare organizations.
Drive Sales Excellence Lead from the front with a focus on new business development, nurturing existing relationships, and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Shape the Future of Healthcare Recruitment Work closely with our recruitment teams to ensure we are delivering on client needs and shaping the future of healthcare talent acquisition across the country.
Innovate & Inspire Be the driving force in delivering innovative recruitment solutions while inspiring your team to achieve excellence and hit ambitious targets.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within healthcare recruitment or a related field
  • Deep understanding of both public and private healthcare sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on national growth plans
