About the role

Join a dynamic team at the heart of Fonterra Oceania's People & Culture function, where you'll drive data excellence and enable strategic decision-making across Oceania, SEA, and MEA regions. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with leaders and teams to deliver actionable insights, champion process improvements, and enhance our people systems. In addition to this you will:

• Deliver accurate, actionable workforce data and insights to support business and P&C leaders regionally
• Own and optimise self-service reporting tools, reducing ad-hoc support and empowering stakeholders
• Lead statutory and compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
• Administer and enhance HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), driving upgrades, testing, and new feature implementation
• Champion process improvement and automation initiatives, collaborating with the wider P&C team and senior business partners to streamline operations and elevate service delivery

About You

You're a hands-on analyst with a passion for people data, systems, and reporting, ready to engage senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. With a strong background in HRIS and data analytics, you thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and are eager to make a real impact. In addition to this you will bring:

• 5+ years' experience in HR systems, data management, and reporting, ideally within global FMCG or complex industries
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis; proven ability to deliver high-quality, actionable reports
• Expertise in HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and a track record of leading system upgrades and audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner across regions and functions
• The ability to balance competing priorities while diving process improvements and service excellence in a tech-savvy, action-oriented manner
