We're looking for a
*Senior Commercial Analyst*
to play a pivotal role in our growth journey, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, analytical expertise, and influencing skills to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that optimise trade spend, reduce costs and improve pricing and margin outcomes.

*This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
Your Responsibilities*

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to plan and optimise trade spend
  • Lead monthly reporting and provide actionable insights that drive smarter decisions
  • Support NPD launches with strong commercial analysis to ensure profitability and success
  • Deliver pricing and margin analysis to strengthen competitiveness and growth
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that highlight performance and opportunities.

About You
You're a commercially minded analyst with FMCG experience and enjoys turning data into actionable insights. You'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Commercial Analyst or similar commercial FMCG role
  • Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail and strong time management working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team
  • Previous experience using a planning system, Blueshift or Microsoft Navision advantageous
