About the role

Join the dynamic team at Wollongong Bike Hub, looking for Fulltime expierenced Customer Sales Consultant. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assisting customers with all their cycling needs, from finding the perfect bike to recommended accessories and customisations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to both walk-in and online customers
  • Demonstrating and explaining product features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Processing Online sales orders accurately and effeciently
  • Assisting with in-store merchandising, inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Participating in staff training to continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is essential.
  • Passion for cycling along with a strong understanding of bicycles, components and accessories
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Willingness to learn and upskill to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and products
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
