Nowra 4WD & Outdoor Products are your local 4x4 accessories experts. Based in South Nowra, we specialise in premium 4WD accessories, outdoor gear, and fit-outs for adventure enthusiasts across the Illawarra and South Coast. We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in our busy and fast-paced showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a passion for 4WD and the outdoors, and is looking for a career where they can grow and develop.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service across sales counter, phone and email, welcoming and assisting customers to identify the right products for their needs, scheduling fitments of accessories into the workshop, assisting with stock ordering, receiving, dispatch, and returns, building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, and using business management systems for quoting, POS, inventory management and scheduling.

About you: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, well-presented and highly organised with attention to detail, able to build rapport and long-term relationships, interest or background in 4WD, camping, or automotive is highly desirable.
