We're searching for an SEO Specialist with a minimum 2 years experience to join our team, bringing with them solid pre-existing knowledge of organic search.

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving organic search visibility, organic rankings and traffic for our clients. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and creativity to develop and implement effective SEO strategies for our clients, whilst following best practice guidelines and practices. Your role will also involve managing client relationships, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including research, technical implementation, and analysis.

  • Conduct campaign audits and strategic reviews, ensuring a multi-channel approach (where applicable)

  • Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, video, or email, providing detailed reports on campaign performance.

  • Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and performance.

  • Actively contribute to solution design and process optimisation initiatives in partnership with SEO, account management, and delivery teams.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to achieve high client retention rates through positive relationship management, campaign performance, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to design, develop, and implement automation and technical solutions to support internal workflows and client delivery.

  • Identify and prioritise opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, scalability, and overall service quality across the business.

  • Support the development, testing, and deployment of internal tools and scripts to reduce manual effort and enhance operational performance.

  • Ensure clear documentation and communication around technical solutions for visibility and usability across teams.

  • Stay up to date with relevant technologies and best practices in automation, digital marketing, and technical operations.

  • Handle other ad hoc company duties as directed by management from time to time.

What You'll need:

  • 2+ years in an SEO role is essential;

  • Completion of marketing degree preferred;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines;

  • An insatiable appetite for challenge and curiosity to develop into a multi-skilled, industry-leading digital marketer.
