The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate
Digital Retention Specialist
to join our team. Your role will be to engage with clients at risk of cancellation, understanding their concerns, and providing tailored strategies, payment plans, and solutions to ensure their continued partnership with First Page.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage with clients who have expressed dissatisfaction or intent to cancel
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and objectives
  • Develop and present customised strategies, payment plans, and solutions to retain clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Provide feedback to the wider team to enhance service offerings and client experience

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns
  • Previous experience in client retention or account management role handling escalations
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
