Account Manager

They work with some of the most well-known enterprise brands in Australia, across finance, retail, government, and healthcare, solving complex problems in data strategy, AI, cloud, and analytics.
This is a strategic, relationship-led role, ideal for someone from recruitment, partnerships, client services, or technical sales who wants to get closer to the world of data and consulting. There's no cold calling, just real client relationships, commercial problem-solving, and long-term career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow a small number of high-value enterprise accounts
- Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Work closely with delivery teams to help shape solutions and proposals
- Support partner channels and alliance programs with Databricks
- Join client meetings, take notes, manage follow-ups, and build trust
- Shadow the leadership team and build toward full account ownership and Partner-level influence
- A recruiter who enjoys client work but not cold BD
- A CSM, Account Exec, or Consultant ready to own more of the client journey
- A strong communicator who is curious, commercial, and coachable
- Passionate about tech, data, and solving meaningful enterprise problems
- Looking for a long-term growth role where you can build real consulting depth
- It's not a cold BD role – it's about relationships, strategy, and trust
- You'll be supported by top-tier delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams
- You'll work on real enterprise challenges, not cookie-cutter projects
- You'll have space to learn, grow, and become a Partner over time
- You don't need to be a tech expert – just smart, switched-on, and client-ready
Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (Hybrid)
Growth: Partner-track within 5-7 years, depending on experience.
