Groves Real Estate is currently on the lookout for a Property Manager. Best suited to somebody with previous customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

The Role:

  • Managing incoming enquiries
  • Appraising and listing properties for lease
  • Conducting inspections with prospective tenants
  • Managing maintenance requests
  • Conducting condition reports and routine inspections
  • Trust accounting

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or the desire to obtain one
  • Current driver's license and police check

No previous real estate experience needed, but the willingness to obtain the required qualification and a team player with a great attitude are a must

Full time or part time position available, flexible hours.
