As we continue to expand, this role will be instrumental in shaping how we scale sustainably, strengthen our internal knowledge base, and build the systems and expertise that will ensure smooth integration of new practices into our national network.

The Role
As National Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational performance and consistency across our expanding national network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and patient-centred care.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers, doctors, and support staff to optimise workflows and service delivery.
- Partner with Support Office colleagues to deliver integrated and efficient support services.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational outcomes.
Role Location
- Based at our new National Support Office in Hawthorn East, Victoria.
- Regular intrastate, interstate, and regional travel is required.
About You
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who brings:
- 3+ years' experience in multi-site General Practice or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
- Proven experience in operational, financial, and strategic management.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate.
