The Role

We are currently seeking a Trainer & Assessor in Solid Plastering to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who is passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring students, and contributing to the future of the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging and compliant training and assessment in Solid Plastering.
  • Conducting both theoretical and practical assessments in line with training package requirements.
  • Supporting students through guidance, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with RTO and regulatory standards.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Solid Plastering.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Recent, relevant industry experience in Solid Plastering.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • A commitment to delivering quality training and supporting student success.

Note: Applicants without the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are encouraged to apply. The employer will provide support towards gaining this qualification.
