Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of our 24-hour team in a fast-paced, technologically advanced monitoring centre.
  • Manage alarm monitoring, incident responses, and coordinate client requests, maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Utilise CCTV, alarm systems, and building management systems effectively.
  • Decision-making based on established protocols during varied situations.
  • Coordinate security services, including dispatching and liaising with internal and external teams.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry standards and best practices.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • A keen interest in technology and innovative security solutions.
  • Current VIC Security Licence (Monitoring Centre subactivity)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Previous experience with Patriot and/or Tracktik is highly desirable
  • Communication and computer skills are essential.
