About the Centre/Service
Croydon Hills Primary School Kindergarten (interim name) is a brand-new to rooms kindergarten opening on the Croydon Hills Primary school site in 2026, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundation of a new team and community. We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to develop and deliver a high-quality 3-year-old program within this newly established early learning service.
Work Days of the Role
Tuesday & Thursday - Session Times: 8.30am-4.00pm

Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a developmentally informed, play-based 3-year-old program
- Foster secure, inclusive relationships that support children's wellbeing, learning and belonging
- Engage in reflective practice and maintain high-quality documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the broader school community
- Ensure compliance with early years regulations, Child Safe Standards, and policy requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or (ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current VIT Registration (Early Childhood Teacher)
- Experience gained in Early Childhood
- Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail
