Early Childhood Teacher (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Pakenham Twinklekids Early Learning Centre

Pakenham Twinklekids Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and supportive team. This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, offering flexibility and a positive, family-focused environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood programs and building strong relationships with children, families, and the team. You will work closely with our Room Leaders, Educators, and Management Team to provide an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver educational programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with families
  • Complete observations, documentation, and assessments
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and centre policies

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS
  • Passionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care
  • Ability to work minimum 15 hours per week
