We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with a strong background in Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), UK GAAP and US GAAP, capable of managing complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments and have previously worked for a NASDAQ listed entity. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device or health technology sector and be comfortable working across multiple time zones to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in compliance with AASB, UK GAAP and US GAAP.

· Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities.

· Perform multi-currency consolidations and oversee foreign exchange gain/loss reporting.

· Coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.

· Work with tax advisors to support tax filings in Australia and overseas jurisdictions (USA & UK).

· Work with external auditors to support timely filing of the finance statements (10-Q / 10-K) with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

· Maintain and improve internal controls and financial reporting processes to comply with SOX or other regulatory frameworks, as applicable.

· Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions across Australia, UK and the USA.

· Manage R&D tax returns in Australia and the UK.

· Provide financial insights and strategic support to management for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

· Assist with ERP implementation and system upgrades (NetSuite).

· Manage BAS (Business Activity Statement) preparation and lodgement, ensuring timely compliance with Australian, UK and the USA indirect tax obligations.

· Filing of Delaware tax returns for the US entity.

· Manage payroll tax calculations, reconciliations, and state-based lodgements for Australian entity.

· Manage timely payment of superannuation / pension / 401K / in Australia, UK and the USA respectively.

Essential qualifications and key requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 2 years of minimum working experience.

· Working experience on NASDAQ listed entity.

· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AASB, UK GAAP and US GAAP.

· Hands-on experience managing BAS, payroll tax, and Australian income tax return processes.

· Proven experience in multi-currency accounting and consolidations.

· Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, cross-border teams across multiple time zones.

· Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP (NetSuite).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

· Experience in the medical, diagnostic, or screening device industry is desirable.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our global financial operations, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with deep expertise in both AASB, UK GAAP and US GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and multi-currency accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, including BAS, payroll tax, and income tax return preparation in Australia, UK and the USA, as well as supporting international tax and audit processes. Experience working across multiple time zones and in complex global environments is essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in the medical, health technology, or diagnostic screening device industry, where compliance, precision, and agility are critical. The ideal applicant brings a strong commercial mindset, comfort with ERP systems (NetSuite), and a proven ability to collaborate across borders and functions.
