Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead customer strategy and engagement across a portfolio of major accounts, with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships, shaping long-term account plans and aligning internal teams to deliver measurable value.
Some of the key things you'll do:
- You will lead customer relationships across strategic accounts, acting as the primary business owner.
- Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, whole-of-business customer experiences.
- Engage senior stakeholders and coordinate executive sponsorship to reinforce strategic alignment.
A bit about you:
- 8–10+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales.
- Experience working with clients in the Financial Services industry is essential.
- Proven success in building and growing complex customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of IT and service-based businesses.
- Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative, customer-centric, and accountable embodying the One Interactive philosophy.
