Associate Director Structural Group Leader | Commercial Buildings | Strong Growth Outlook - 165 to 200k

Through supported and sustained growth, this Leading Engineering Consultant has put themselves at the forefront of Structural Engineering Consultancies in Australia and is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Associate Director/Structural Group Leader to join their successful team. This role will suit either a proven Senior Structural Engineer looking for the next step in their career or an Associate looking to join an industry leading Consultant.

With the support of a National Group and other Business Leaders, you will play a key role in Structural Group Leadership covering Market Interface, Major Project leadership and Capability Development in the Melbourne Office.

In short the critical aspects of this job are:

  • Structural Engineering Leadership, Design Management and Delivery
  • Provide Leadership design teams and clients, consultants and contractors
  • Strong Structural Engineering Capability across a range of Commercial Buildings with the ability to add value through applying industry leading Engineering Solutions
  • Growth and Development of Technically Capable Structural Team
  • Ongoing Market Engagement creating the opportunity for new and repeat business
  • Collaborate with project teams (internal and external) to ensure engineering solutions are presented to the highest standard
