About the Role: We're looking for support workers to join our team in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Suburbs (Mosman, Macquarie Park, Chatswood) area. This is a casual employee role with reliable shifts, supporting our participants through both in-home care and community access. This role is primarily for the holiday period, but we aim to offer ongoing shifts beyond this time where possible. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our participants with daily routines, activities, and community outings
  • Building a trusting, empowering relationship with both the participant and their family.
  • Providing support that is thoughtful, consistent, and person-centred
  • Working closely with our care team to ensure the participant's goals, preferences, and wellbeing are always front and centre
