What you'll be doing…

  • Lead and manage the service delivery team across managed services, professional services, and projects.
  • Ensure quality, timely, and profitable services are delivered in line with SLAs.
  • Oversee daily operations, dispatch processes, escalations, and client engagement.
  • Drive process improvements, documentation, and continuous service excellence.
  • Develop, mentor, and grow your team to achieve both business and individual goals.
  • Act as the central escalation point for complex technical and client issues.
  • Provide clear reporting and metrics to senior leadership on performance, budgets, and project outcomes.

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the capability to plan ahead over 6–12 months.
  • Technical understanding of IT services and support tools.
