Academy Soccer Coach

North Shore, Sydney | $35-$50+ per hour | Largest Football Academy in the North Shore

Do you have a passion for football and a drive to help players unlock their potential? Vision Football — the largest football academy on Sydney's North Shore — is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academy Soccer Coaches to join our team.

We coach over 800 players each week across our partner clubs and Academy programs, with a team of more than 50 coaches dedicated to raising the standard of player development.

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players across JDL, Super League, Diamond League, and Academy programs.
• Coach within our development programs, designed for players of all abilities to build confidence, skill, and love for the game.
• Work with players ranging from beginners through to U18 Super League level.
• (Optional) Attend matches on weekends depending on program involvement.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and player-focused training environment.

• Qualifications: Foundations of Football Certificate (can be completed once you join).
• Experience: All levels welcome — from new coaches to those working at elite youth level.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork. A genuine passion for developing young players.

• Hourly rate starting from $35+ per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications.
• All coaching uniform and kit provided.
• Career development: C-Licence scholarship available for Vision coaches.
• Be part of the largest academy on the North Shore, with clear pathways to grow as a coach.
• Opportunities to coach interstate tournaments and join our international tours to Japan.
