With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare sector—including aged care, disability support, and allied health services—we are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and empowering individuals to live with dignity and independence.

A successful candidate must have capacity to work short shifts and split shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals with:

  • A Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related health discipline (or currently working towards one).
  • Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or disability support.
  • Proficiency in personal care assistance and experience using lifters and other assistive equipment.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • A current police check is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Provide personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
  • Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with community access, including recreational activities, shopping, and transport.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential for providing community access support.
  • Work with individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
