Job Description
Lead the store team to create a sales focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Develop Warehouse and Administration teams knowledge and capability
• Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries
• Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements
• Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures
• Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems
