About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Graduate to join our Livestock team in Victoria, reporting directly to the Feed and Research Manager. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our Farming Division, which includes:

• Two large breeder operations
• Two hatcheries
• 60+ contract broiler farms
• Planning and technical departments

Throughout the program, you'll rotate through key operational areas and shadow senior management across Victoria, building a deep understanding of Turosi's core functions and strategic processes.

Additional responsibilities will include:

· Project management, including oversight, delivery, and implementation

· Data analysis and report writing

· Stakeholder engagement across suppliers, contractors, and customers

What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a graduate who's passionate about agriculture and ready to grow into a future leader. Preferential applicants will have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Animal Science, Science, or similar degree
• Full Australian working rights and driver's licence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A proactive, reliable, and responsible attitude
