What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide hands-on support for desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and software
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality IT service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceDesk tickets with a proactive approach
  • Facilitate IT setups for new hires and internal team moves
  • Maintain IT asset registers and software licensing records
  • Deliver training and coaching to end-users (on-site and remote)
  • Contribute to IT projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Property & Facilities team for smooth relocations
  • Ensure accurate documentation and ticket closure

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a similar IT support role (preferred)
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • High attention to detail and a passion for solving problems
