**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Partnering with health care providers to build strategic growth plans
- Leading consulting projects end-to-end with autonomy and ownership
- Providing insight into compliance, operations, and market trends
- Building long-term, value-driven client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping us grow our impact
- Creating reports, analysis and performance metrics to support client success

- 2-5 years in a management, operations, or leadership role in NDIS and/or Aged Care
- Strong understanding of compliance, strategy, and performance improvement
- Commercial mindset with proven success in business development
- Amazing communicator who can influence, advise and support providers
- Highly independent, proactive and client-focused
