Leasing Consultant (Drummoyne, Inner West)

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for rental enquiries (phone, email and walk-ins).
  • Host open homes and private inspections with energy and care.
  • Qualify tenants and process tenancy applications end-to-end (references, affordability, compliance).
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to keep everyone informed and on track.
  • Provide clear weekly updates on enquiry, applications and leasing pipeline.

What you'll bring

  • NSW Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) — essential.
  • Reliable car and a valid driver's licence (kilometres reimbursed).
  • Proactive, vibrant and outgoing nature with polished written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy (CRM/portals, Microsoft/Google suites) and calm under pressure.
  • Saturday availability (with a weekday RDO).
