Location: Work-from-home Office (Runaway Bay), with potential relocation to Lowood in 12–18 months

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Bookkeeper to support the smooth running of our finance operations. This flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet autonomous environment. You'll work from a home office in Runaway Bay with a planned move to Lowood in the next 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

· Accounts Payable – Take ownership of our supplier process by managing invoices, coordinating payments, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date reconciliations.

· Accounts Receivable – Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor debtor balances and follow up overdue accounts to keep cashflow on track.

· Payroll – Prepare and process weekly payroll using MYOB AccountRight.

· Bank Reconciliations – Complete bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

· Reporting – Generate accurate financial reports to support informed business decision-making.

· General Bookkeeping Support – Maintain organised digital records, assist with month-end tasks and uphold smooth financial operations.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience.

· Confident user of MYOB AccountRight, Desktop or Online Version.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

· Ability to work independently from a home office.

· Excellent communication, time-management and organisational skills.
