We are looking for a part-time accounts officer/bookkeeper to join our small team and support general accounts management.

**Your Role Would Include**:

- Managing accounts receivable and payable including communication with debtors and creditors.
- Bank transaction reconciliation
- Tracking cashflow and drafting relevant forecasting as required.
- Processing purchases/invoices as directed by the procurement team
- Processing of fortnightly payroll and leave requests

**Ideal Skills You Would Bring to the Team**:

- Previous experience in an accounts officer role or similar
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software
- Proficient in MS Suite, particularly Excel
- Sound communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

A successful applicant would be required to work minimum 3 days per week onsite in our Double Bay office.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
