About the Role

The Firehouse Bar & Restaurant is currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a busy restaurant and hours where you will be consistently required for over 30 hrs per week

The Standard Stuff

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery with trade experience.
  • Experience – Hotel restaurant experience is a bonus
  • Professionalism – always cool under pressure
  • Extensive grill experience essential
  • Drive to consistently deliver the best by immaculate organisation, communication and presentation skills
  • As a senior chef, you have the ability to lead the brigade in chef's absence.
  • Working rights in Australia with no restrictions
