We're getting ready to open an exciting new rooftop bar and restaurant in the heart of Glenelg — and we're on the lookout for a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join the opening kitchen team.

This venue will offer top-quality food, great vibes, and ocean views — and we're building a team that's passionate, ambitious, and all about delivering a great experience.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working with fresh, high-quality local produce
  • Helping create and deliver a seasonal, modern menu
  • Keeping things sharp in an open kitchen (great presentation a must)
  • Being part of a fun, supportive, fast-paced team
  • Working a rotating roster across 7 days (including weekends/evenings)
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a similar role (Sous or CDP)
  • Reliable, well-presented, and cool under pressure
  • Passionate about good food and working with a great team
  • Ready to be part of something new from day one
