Role Description

This is a full time on site role for a Chef De Partie located in Karratha, WA. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring the highest food quality and standards. Daily tasks include supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, and participating in menu planning and development.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in kitchen management and team supervision
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
