The role:
Knight Frank is pleased to announce an outstanding opportunity to join our Brisbane office as an Office Coordinator / Concierge, following the promotion of our current concierge.
This is an opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, and to uphold the professional and welcoming environment that Knight Frank is renowned for.
We are seeking someone who is warm, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to build strong and positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area and all meeting rooms throughout the day
- Handling internal/external calls
- Word processing and data entry
- Assist with event planning and office catering
- Security pass control, arranging couriers and daily mail
- Distribution and processing of daily mail
- Liaising with building management for the daily tenancy needs, including cleaning.
- Invoice management

- Previous experience in an administration/support/customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentation
- Ability to initially troubleshoot IT hardware including AV support, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve issues through resolution
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composure
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate skill in MS Office packages
- Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
- Friendly and a real team player
