**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a high-end property developer, dedicated to providing the highest possible quality throughout each stage of service.
- ** Front of house**: Providing the best possible experience to those entering the space, creating a warm and inviting environment and setting a great first impression to visitors and clients
- **Customer Experience**: Providing personalised and unique assistance to each visitor to ensure everyone feels valued and welcome
- **Brand Ambassadorship: Reinforcing** the businesses core values and visions by representing the brands dedication to excellence, innovation and luxury.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings and appointments.
- **Administrative Support**:Assisting the internal team with any other duties as they arise, Eg. mail collection, courier booking, stationary ordering etc.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Demonstrated experience in a concierge, reception or front-of-house desk
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to collaborate and work as an effective member of a team striving towards a unified goal.
- Problem solving and analytic thinking skills
- High attention to detail and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to multi-task and deal with competing priorities
