As our business continues to expand, we're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take charge of our afternoon shift operations and keep our supply chain running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee and guide warehouse staff in day-to-day with a strong focus on efficient, accurate pick and pack process to ensure smooth, productive and safe warehouse operations.
  • Productivity Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Act as a key liaison between the warehouse and other departments, as well as with customers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously develop and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Create rosters, manage employee time and attendance, and conduct management meetings to address any concerns.
  • Training and Development: Onboard and train new warehouse team members, ensuring all training materials are up to date.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management of warehouse staff with the support of upper management.
  • Incident Reporting: Manage and report any incidents in the warehouse, ensuring prompt action and adherence to company procedures.
