**PRODUCTION ROOM SUPERVISOR**

We are looking to welcome a strong supervisor and communicator to join our team as our new Production Supervisor. Working closely with the General Manager, you will assist with leading a team of production workers and packers and assist with the overall operations of the department. This is a full-time role with the hours Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.

We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference

**Key duties include**:

- Leading and motivating the team
- Follow up production orders
- Assist with running the production team
- Ensure safety procedures are in place and adhered to
- Create, implement, and track production schedules and progress

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Efficient time management skills
- Effective prioritization skills
- Strong leadership qualities and offering direction, balanced with the ability to effectively take direction from upper management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic willingness to learn and obtain new skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Experience with SAP may be an advantage
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, niche environment

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**COVID-19 considerations**:
RAT tests are available on site.

**Experience**:

- leadership/ supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**:

- Australia (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
