We're expanding Monarch Building Systems, part of the Pantex Group, is ramping up production for our upcoming modular housing projects.  We are on the lookout for a hands-on General Labourer join our Narangba based team.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a busy, well-organised manufacturing environment where every day brings something different.

What you'll do:

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and tools (training provided but experience highly regarded)
  • Support trades staff and production flow across multiple stations
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and productive
  • Pitch in wherever needed - we're a small, supportive team

What you'll bring:

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction or warehouse setting (preferred)
  • Physically fit - able to lift, bend and move safely throughout the day
  • Reliable, positive and a genuine team player
  • Forklift license or gantry crane experience highly regarded
