Responsibilities:

- Packing and Sorting: Accurately and efficiently pack goods and products for shipment according to company standards and specific packing instructions.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual checks to ensure that all items are in good condition, free from damages or defects, and ready for shipping.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing orders by verifying the accuracy of product codes, quantities, and other relevant information.
- Stock Check: Regularly conduct physical stock checks to reconcile actual inventory levels with records in the system. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and update stock records in the database or inventory management system.
- Packaging Materials: Maintain an organized and clean work area and ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials are available at all times.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Team Collaboration: communicating with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and shipping personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Physical Demands: Be prepared to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving packages of varying weights.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Strive to meet daily packing and stock check targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in packing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Physical fitness and capability to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate to heavy loads.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate varying demands in the logistic process.
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience in stocktaking or inventory management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 7.6 per week

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
