About the Role

We're looking for a personable all rounder, with 1–5 years' experience. You'll assist with residential property transactions, including:

  • Drafting and preparing contracts.
  • Supporting electronic conveyancing (PEXA).
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and brokers.
  • Providing client updates and updating our conveyancing software.
  • Assisting with social media, networking and marketing activities.

About You

  • 1–5 years' experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Conveyancing, Legal Studies, or equivalent qualification
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient with PEXA electronic conveyancing platform and conveyancing software (we use Smokeball).
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite with social media savvy an added advantage.
  • Keen to work onsite with our team and clients.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
  • Sound understanding of NSW property law, conveyancing processes, and compliance requirements
