About the role

A hands on admin support role working across property management and sales. You will assist with agreements, marketing, prospecting tasks, and provide day to day support to the wider team. Reporting to senior staff, this is a true jack-of-all-trades position.

Duties

  • Prepare property management & sales agreements
  • Support property management with admin tasks
  • Coordinate marketing materials
  • Prospect and follow up leads
  • Assist sales team with documentation

Skills & experience

  • Must have real estate experience and a current registration
  • Knowledge of PM agreements an advantage
  • Confidence with prospecting/cold calling
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional presentation & communication
