We are now looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Operations Administrator to join our team. Primary Accountabilities:

  • Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance
  • Submitting reports, invoices and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and Builders
  • Generate time, materials and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completion
  • Work to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met (KPI's)
  • Answering phones and responding to email enquiries.
  • Assist with general Admin duties where required, including data entry, database and file management.
  • Provide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers including Insurance Companies, and Builders for authorities, and key information on all allocations
  • Communicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending Technicians
  • Generate, review and format detailed contents inventory reports
  • Other relevant tasks and duties as required.
