About the Role

BGB Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Service Department in Brisbane. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll organise and oversee the service crew, manage small to medium projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all electrical and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise, supervise and support service crew workers.
  • Prepare quotes and manage small-to-medium electrical jobs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, programming and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to toolbox talks and safety initiatives for the Service Department.
  • Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
