Job Summary
Dreamfarm is seeking a relationship-driven International Accounts & Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth with our network of long-standing international distributors. This role is about partnership, not pressure. There's no cold calling, no hard sell, just supporting trusted partners so they can sell more Dreamfarm products in their markets.
Reporting to the Director of International Sales, you will manage a small portfolio of highly engaged distributors (typically one per country), building deep relationships, sharing insight, and creating long-term value through collaboration and outstanding service. If you get real satisfaction from helping partners succeed and you prefer building relationships over chasing quick wins, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurture, support, and grow existing international distributor relationships
- Develop and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships built on trust, responsiveness, and shared success
- Work collaboratively with distributors on range planning, market execution, and sell-through improvement
- Support the implementation of sales and business development strategies for key products and initiatives
- Prepare proposals, partnership agreements, and account reports in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting, planning, and relationship tracking
- Provide structured quarterly business reviews with insight and recommendations
- Liaise closely with Marketing to ensure each market has locally relevant collateral and brand support
- Work cross departmentally to ensure distributor feedback is captured and actioned
- Attend one major international trade show each year (Ambiente – Germany)
Candidate Profile
- A natural relationship-builder with a genuine service mindset
- Experienced in wholesale distribution of consumer goods, preferably housewares or a related retail category
- Commercially minded and comfortable with retail math, range analysis, sell-through, and margin conversations
- Organised, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones (with balance and planning)
- Culturally aware and confident collaborating with international partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in account management, distributor partnerships, or international channel development
- Demonstrated success growing existing partners rather than chasing volume-led sales
- CRM literacy and strong written/verbal communication capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Permanent Australian work rights without restrictions required
