Bramwell Partners have partnered with a well-regarded health practice based in Albion, Aspire Health and Function. The practice is seeking an enthusiastic chiropractor with an interest in working with people of all ages.

Aspire Health and Function's focus is on the quality of care provided to patients first. Chiropractors in the clinic use diversified, SOT and activator adjusting methods, we seek someone with skills to complement these approaches.

Our successful candidate will join their small and supportive team on a contractor basis 2-3 days per week.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

Whilst working at Aspire Health and Function, our successful candidate will:

• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care to a diverse range of clients.

· Provide manual therapies, adjustments, and other treatment techniques in line with best practice and patient safety including Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT).

• Take detailed patient histories, including lifestyle and health background.
• Conduct physical examinations, including posture, spine, joint, and neurological assessments.
• Formulate clinical impressions and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Educate and empower clients in managing their health, wellbeing and methods of managing existing conditions (i.e., posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices).
• Encourage long-term wellbeing through holistic care approaches.
• Manage your caseload autonomously with the support of the clinic team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA regulations and Chiropractic Board of Australia standards.
• Protect client confidentiality and adhere to privacy laws.
• refer clients to other health professionals when required.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through quality care and service.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered Chiropractor with AHPRA.
• Holds current professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Has (or is willing to obtain) an ABN and operate as a sole trader.
• Is trained and experienced in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) or willing to complete training in SOT, with the ability to apply it effectively
• Is motivated, professional, and passionate about client education.
• Strong time management skills to manage their own caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse range of clients with different levels of knowledge.
• Has an interest and experience in paediatrics as our client base includes young families.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration (mandatory).
• ABN sole trader setup or willingness to establish one.
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
