The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting Sydney's leading businesses with exceptional HR, Marketing and Business Support talent.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike - developing long-term partnerships, delivering high-quality talent solutions, and contributing to the continued success of our growing Sydney practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and expanding client networks while nurturing strong business relationships.
• Sourcing, engaging and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline across HR, Marketing, and Business Support roles.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with integrity, pace, and professionalism.
• Providing consultative market insights and talent strategies to your clients.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in a high-performing, co-brokering team environment.

About You

You're a confident, curious and commercially minded professional who thrives in a consultative, people-focused environment. You build trust easily, think strategically, and bring positive energy to everything you do.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in agency recruitment, or a B2B/solution sales role involving business development.
• A proven ability to generate new business and nurture long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an ethical and professional approach.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for delivering results that make a difference.
• A genuine interest in HR, Marketing, and Business Support disciplines.
