About The Role

  • Must have full availability for rotating roster between 6:00am - 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday (full-time hours)
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with customers through open, interactive communication
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and service offerings
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources
  • Manage customer complaints, offering effective solutions and timely follow-up
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processing stages and inputting documentation on internal systems

About You

  • Proven experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with tact
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
