Master Builders Victoria (MBV) represents over 6,000 members within the building construction industry across Victoria, including large and small builders across the domestic and commercial sectors, as well as apprentices, suppliers, and manufacturers. Key Position Tasks:

We are seeking a Registration Advisor to provide high-quality administrative and advisory support to Master Builders Victoria members pursuing builder's registration. In this role, you will: 

  • Support members throughout the process of obtaining registration as a building practitioner.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain resources and information to assist members in achieving registration
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring members experience positive and supportive outcomes
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including word processing, records management, spreadsheets, data entry, and document editing
  • Proactively engage with Provisional Members to track and support their journey toward registration, ensuring they feel valued and supported

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable)
  • Understanding of building and construction industry legislation and regulations (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
