Join the South Coast Region's dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resource Advisor and play a key role in delivering impactful HR solutions that support business outcomes and enhance organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality advice on performance management, discipline, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Research HR legislation and policy to deliver practical and solution-focused recommendations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Deliver HR presentations, documentation, reports, and guidance to managers and staff.
  • Contribute to HR best practice through stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and participation in strategic projects.
Essential Criteria:
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator and confident facilitator.
  • Experienced in delivering HR services in complex or changing environments.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented.
