Human Resource Advisor

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing expert advice to stakeholders on performance management and discipline issues, including attending performance discussions and drafting related correspondence.
  • Facilitating and delivering presentations and information sessions to both leadership and broader staff on a range of HR topics and initiatives.
  • Supporting recruitment processes: advertising roles, participating in selection panels, advising on procedure, conducting pre-employment screening, processing appointments, and managing onboarding.
  • Conducting research and providing advice on human resources legislation, directives, and policies to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Supporting leadership development, workforce planning, and cultural improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to complex HR and change management projects that align with corporate goals and drive business success.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in providing generalist HR advice and services.
  • Sound understanding of HR legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and best-practice HR methodologies.
  • Experience engaging with and advising stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical guidance.
  • A strong sense of initiative, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
