Legal Assistant – New Client Department & Marketing Focus

Full-time | Perth WA | Australian working rights required

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Legal Assistant to join our well-established personal injury law firm. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to combine legal administrative support with new client contact & acquisition, marketing, and web development responsibilities.

You will work closely with our Team Leader and Fee Earners to manage personal injury claims, while also contributing to the firm's business growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and administrative support in the management of personal injury claims
  • Assist with sales and client engagement activities
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Maintain and update the firm's website and digital platforms

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate typing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and/or web development
  • Professional, approachable manner with a collaborative attitude
  • Australian working rights (this role is not open to visa sponsorship)
