**PART TIME LEGAL ASSISTANT**

**THE ROLE**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national law firm in Perth and work within a supporting and friendly team environment. The role will be supporting a Partner and his team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working alongside, and learning from our team of legal professional who are committed to delivering excellent to their clients.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Diary management
- Answering and screening calls
- Liaising with clients
- Assisting with the preparation of documents
- Amending and formatting documents
- Word processing
- Other administration tasks as required
- General administrative tasks.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
The firm is looking for an Intermediate Legal Assistant who ideally has 2 - 5 years experience within a law firm. The firm is supportive and highly respected within the industry.
- Minimum of 2 years Legal Secretarial/ Legal Assistant experience is required
- A high level of attention to details and good time management skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive "can do" attitude
